Fees & Payments

  • The private pay rate for a standard 50-minute session is $170.

  • Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, or credit card. A credit card is required to be kept on file.

  • If using insurance, co-pays/deductibles are collected each session, and rates are based on the contracted fee with your insurer.

  • Clients are responsible for any uncovered services or errors in benefit verification.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made after this window or missed sessions will incur a $75 fee.

Emergencies

  • Alicia Mittleman, LCSW does not provide emergency services or on-call availability.

  • In a crisis or life-threatening situation, call 911, contact a local crisis line, or go to the nearest ER.
