Couples &
Relationship

Are you and your partner having the same arguments and starting to feel disconnected from each other? Many couples hit rough patches in their relationship. It is important to reach out for help and guidance before it is too late. At our office, you will find a supportive environment to discuss your issues and help get back on track. Our clinicians will coach you through improving your communication and deepening your connection with each other. If you are dealing with infidelity and trust issues, our clinicians will help you work through the pain in order to heal and move forward.

If you are discussing marriage with your partner, pre-marital therapy is a great way to ensure you start your marriage off in the right direction. Before you marry your partner, it is important to make sure you are both entering your marriage with realistic expectations of what your relationship will entail. Approximately 40-50% of marriages end in divorce. Many times it is not because the couple is incompatible. Often, marriages end because couples are not prepared for the reality of the ups and downs all relationships have. Many couples are also not prepared with appropriate communication skills. Sometimes, couples have not discussed important issues such as children, finances, and expectations of extended families.

In our office, you will be able to discuss expectations of your relationship and enhance your communication skills.
